We love offering some of our classes over zoom.
There are a lot of things that make them great.
You can set yourself up however you want with your own mat, towel, gear, smoothie in hand, etc.
You don't have to plan for travel time.
Sometimes people feel self-conscious trying something hard or new, and this is a great opportunity for that.
Tuesday Night Yoga with Melinda 6-7pm
Wednesday morning Mobility with Leia 6:30-7:15 am (also offered in person)
Sunday morning pilates with Coleen 9:30-10:30 am

We had an amazing time Saturday at Stage 4 of Tour

We had an amazing time Saturday at Stage 4 of Tour de Trail, Shawnee Mission Park North. Rain moved in the day before (we seem to be seeing a trend with that location) and moved us to our backup course. Fortunately the park has a lot to offer and we were able to use cross country and fire road for a fun morning. We wrapped up just in time for the storms to start rolling back through!
