Tale of Two Trails is next month and we are so excited to have everyone running through our new Team Sparkle finishers arch!!
10, 20 40 mile and 100k distances!
Aid stations are well stocked, and we’ll have loads of ice to keep you cool. We received so many compliments on our volunteers last year and we intend to have the same amazing energy this year.
10 and 20 milers receive branded Boco gear socks and a t-shirt and 40 miler and 100k runners receive a Boco gear hat and t-shirt.
We loved this race last year and are so happy to be continuing with it. It’s a great way to explore all the trails that Shawnee Mission Park has to offer.

We’re getting so excited for our first stage of

We’re getting so excited for our first stage of Tour de Trail! Lexington Lake 10k is on June 17th. It’s a beautiful course that runs on the indigo and emerald trail systems. Everyone receives a fleece blanket, sticker, and a small handmade unicorn trophy. If you complete all five stages of Tour de Trail, you will not only get a full little rainbow stable of unicorns you’ll have collected, but an absolutely stunning handmade mug from Matty’s Mugs with a little rainbow rim. It’s our last day for our spring hill group and

It’s our last day for our spring hill group and we’re so excited to celebrate all of the runners who have joined us. We always start the group run off with brags, and with so many of them running Hospital Hill last weekend we are sure there will be many! We’ve enjoyed all the positive feedback from athletes, and are so grateful to hear how much stronger and more form focused people are feeling. We’ll be having another session in the fall so keep a look out for that!
